SPELLS
Spells are not about turning people into frogs or granting wishes. A spell is a set of actions and prayers that you do and say in order to ask for divine help with some particular aspect of your life.
Wiccans are prohibited from doing harm to others. This is generally interpreted as forbidding any spell that seeks to dominate, manipulate or control another person without their expressed wishes. Consider a love spell as one example:
A Wiccan could design a spell to make a specific person fall in love with her/him. That would be a negative spell, because its intent, goal and effect would be manipulative -- to control the other person for the benefit of the spell caster. A Wiccan cannot ethically perform such a spell.
A Wiccan could design a general spell to make a specific person more open to love in their life. That again is excessively manipulative. The target person could be trying to avoid romantic relationships at this stage in their life, for whatever reason. However, this type of spell might be allowable, if the Wiccan first obtained the permission of the target of the spell.
A Wiccan who is desirous of starting a romantic relationship could cast a spell to make themselves more open to love in their life. That would not manipulate anyone else; it would not harm others; it would not harm the spell caster. It would be acceptable.
CASTING SPELLS
Before a spell you must open a circle, find out first which direction is north, south, east, and west. Place a candle that cooresponds to the direction at each corner. Then using a broom, sweep outwards casting out all impurities around the desired space. After completing this, light each candle with saying an invocation to the direction( for an example: "I call to the watchtower of the North, and as that you watch over our circle, join in our festivities, and guard against us from all evil that might want to enter." ) You can even include the direction's element, and color if you want to . After saying this, take your athame(sword or blade) and draw a pentacle, invision it to be a glowing blue or white light over the spot where the candle is placed. Proceed to do this to all four corners, starting with the north, and ending with the south. Once done, say, this circle is now complete, thanking all directions and again asking for them to join in and partake in the festivities.
MAKE SURE THAT ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED YOUR CIRCLE, YOU SWEEP INWARDS, AND AS EXTINGUISHING YOUR CANDLES, THANK EACH ONE OF THE DIRECTIONS, AND PERMITTING IT TO LEAVE. if you do not, you leave the circle open for whatever may want to wander in. DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP!!!!!
Once your circle is open, then light candles to honor and call the God and Goddess, and any other deities that you may wish to join you. Again, do not forget to thank them and allow them to leave your circle when you are finished. As with the candle colors, there are countless meanings on the colors. Go to your local bookstore, and find a book on candle or even color magic. There are a few good ones out there. Let me know how you get on!!!
ANGEL SPELL- This spell can be done anytime,first open your circle. It is very effective. Repeat it often for best results. (Say your intention)______________________________________.

PS. Don't ask me how to pronounce these names. I just do the best I can. The angels know what you mean.

HOME PROTECTION SPELL-This quick-to-cast, very simple spell places a protective shell around the house by using one ingredient - the power of your own mind. Before you cast it, enjoy a warm bath fragranced with your favorite essential oil.
Now simply sit quietly, as relaxed as you can be, and bring a picture of your house or apartment into your mind. Focus on this for a moment or two before seeing a ring of light encircle the ground around it. Now see the light grow upwards, forming a protective ring around your home and watch as it comes together over your roof, enveloping your entire house with its protection. If suitable words come to mind, it does no harm to say them, but this is not necessary. Those who follow Egyptian deities such as Hathor or Mut should visualize a protective pyramid rather than a ring.
Whenever you leave the house unoccupied no matter for how long, bring to mind the picture of your house surrounded all around by its shining shell and you can relax, knowing that your property is duly protected.
BANISHING SPELL-Get four small pieces of paper and on each piece write the person's name or the name of whatever it is you need to banish. On the opposite side draw a pentacle. Carve the same word and the pentacle on a black candle also. Do what you would normally do as far as visualizing this thing or person being drawn away from you and ask your angels for help also. Light the candle. Take the four pieces of paper and burn one, saying, "I banish ______ with the power of fire. So mote it be." Bury one in some dirt, saying, "I banish ______ with the power of Earth. So mote it be." Flush one down the toilet, saying, I banish ______ with the power of Water. So mote it be." Then tear one into little pieces and throw it out your window, saying, "I banish ______ with the power of Wind. So mote it be." Let your black candle burn down.
BANISHING NIGHTMARES-Say while you are falling asleep (only works in your bed):
Go away evil dreams
its not what it seems
go away go far away leave my dreams sight
give me at least one good night
(keep repeating it)
BREAKING UP SPELL-Take a piece of paper. Write down all the reasons you want to end this relationship. Every single one. Then color in the paper black. Then take a small box and in it put any crystal you like. Light a candle and then light the paper in the candle flame. As it burns, repeat:
"For all good there ever was between (your name and his), shine light
For all ill that ever existed, to ashes burn,
So that the cycle of love's summer may like autumn-time, turn.
Place the ashes in the box with the crystal, tying a ribbon around the box to seal it. As you tie the ribbon feel your resolve tighten. As long as you have this box with you, it will remind you of why you want to break up. The crystal will help to keep these messages vibrating.
SPELL TO CONCIEVE-One week prior to ovulation, Mom-to-be should increase her consumption of citus/acidic foods (tomatoes, oranges, lemons, etc), nuts and leafy greens like kale or spinach. Avoid greasy or oily meats (sausages, pepperoni, pork). If you aren't already, consider taking a folic acid supplement.
The day before your most fertile day, the actual day, and the day after place 3 new candles of equal size (1 blue, 1 pink, 1 white) near the bed. As you (Dad-to-be) light the blue candle, repeat the following:
"Divine Father, We call thee El, Priapus, Ing, Min and Cernunnos
You whose sheltering arms shield and comfort your young
Whose power is seen in the mighty river, the nourishing Sun
Bless this union of man and mate
As you (Mom-to-be) light the pink candle, repeat the following:
"Divine Mother, We call thee Inanna, Asherah, Freya, Vesta and Hathor
You who bears, nurtures and defends your young against all dangers
Whose power is seen in the fertile fields, the moonlit breezes
Bless this union of woman and mate
Together, you both should light the third candle and both repeat the following.
"Lord and Lady. Mother and Father. Life Divine.
As two are made one, we seek your sacred blessing
Gift us with a healthy child
One who embodies the best of us both.
Imagine a warm light filling the room as you make love. Let the candles burn until they go out on their own. Repeat with new candles for each of the remaining nights.
HEALTHY BABY SPELL-If you are worried that your unborn child may be ill or be born with an inherited problem, cut an apple in half. Take one half and rub the fruit over your belly. Envision any sickness being drawn out of your womb and out of your child, and into the fruit. When you are done, bury that tainted half an apple in the ground, away from your baby's nursery window. Then go wash up, you are probably all sticky.
If a tree grows from the seeds left in the buried apple, this is an indication that your child will be very strongly linked to the element of Earth, and will never know hunger.
Eat the remaining half while envisioning your baby being born happy and healthy. You may wish to light a green, pine-scented candle while doing this. Green candles are great for healing spells, and pine is associated with Earth and fertility. If you are allergic or can't eat apples, throw it out, but take the time to do the visualization.
